What if I travel or miss a week?

Athletes get 7 vacation days per quarter—no impact on your RORI score. Just give your coach 48 hours' notice.

Do I need prior training experience?

Yes. We require at least 1 year of consistent training. Returning after a break? 2+ years of regular activity in the last 5 years is the bare minimum.

How is this different from hiring a personal trainer?

A trainer gives you workouts that last 4–12 weeks. We give you a personalized operating blueprint, configured by an AI-Human Hybrid Coach—intelligently adapting your training, recovery, and accountability to compound over time without burning you out.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or pause anytime. No penalties.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

If it's working, you continue at your selected tier. If not, cancel before day 14 and pay nothing.

How much time does this take per week?

Expect 3–5 hours of training per week (depending on tier), plus 15-minute check-ins 1–3 times a week based on your needs.

Is this only for athletes?

No. Most of our clients are busy professionals—doctors, founders, parents—who want to perform without burning out.

What if I have dietary restrictions or injuries?

Your coach customizes everything. We don't hand you a template—we build around your constraints.

Do I need special equipment?

For Energy: access to a gym or basic home setup. For Recovery: just your phone and a kitchen.

What's the difference between Energy and Recovery?

Energy focuses on physical output (training protocols). Recovery focuses on input (nutrition, sleep, supplements). Full Send combines both for compounding results.
